We are a patient-centered, holistic Physiotherapy practice, with over 20 years of experience treating hospital and outpatients. We combine traditional Physiotherapy methods with a focus on the globally recognised Be Activated system. Additionally, we utilise techniques such as Lynotherapy, dry needling and the Rife machine for our outpatients, and specialised orthopaedic and neurological rehabilitation for our inpatients. Our therapies are continuously evolving to achieve optimal outcomes, with the ultimate goal of restoring you to your best.

Restoring you to your best! Physiotherapy is my passion, I live and breath it! It brings me great satisfaction to see people raised to their highest level of physical function, to be able to live their lives fully, functionally and independently. My love for sport, and my quest for healing, led me to Douglas Heel's Be Activated method about 17 years ago.
This addresses restricted breathing and movement, to shift the body out of a defence state. We use this method, as well as other holistic approaches with both inpatients and outpatients. We see some incredible results in athletes, patients with pain, and even patients in ICU.

OUR PATIENT REVIEWS
This medal is a celebration of what Fatima has done for me. At the beginning of the year, I could hardly swim due to pain in my shoulder and arm. In March this year, I won this Gold Medal in the 100m freestyle at the South African Masters Swimming Championships in my age group (75-79 years). I gave it to Fatima as a symbol of my gratitude for her amazing re-awakening and restoring of my body to function properly.
